MASTERPLAST

The rendering systems are ready to use (pre-mixed) solutions which can be applied to new build or refurbishment of existing buildings to include residential buildings, commercial and service facilities.

With façade renovation, a properly chosen rendering system works well also on existing and damaged substrates. Masterplast rendering systems once applied to the walls will protect them from further degradation and refresh the façade with a new, aesthetic appearance.

In new build applications, Masterplast rendering systems can help the way in which a wall is finished with attention to operational conditions for a given building. To that end systems include modern thin-coat renders which differ in terms of operational properties, so that the most appropriate solution can be selected.

PROTECTION

Rendering systems provide protection for structural elements. They protect against atmospheric (rain, snow, wind) and operational (aging processes, mechanical damage) factors. This improves the building and its individual elements life span and gives façade a new, elegant appearance.

DESIGN

Rendering systems offer a wide range of possible façade finishes from traditional smooth plasters to modern thin-coat renders of decorative and attractive appearance. You can combine various materials on the façade surface and use both intense and pastel colours.

COLOUR

Render and paints for façades are coloured within the mass (body tinted) with UV-resistant pigments. Rich palette of colours allows them to be independent when choosing the final characteristic of the façade. Overall, the designer may select from standard shades and colours prepared to meet the current market expectations regarding the most fashionable pastels.

Thermomaster SK (silicone)
  • Benefits:
  • • Competitively priced
  • • High resistance to dirt – silicone renders form surface of tight and a non- absorptive structure which repel contamination (dust, fumes, organic dirt)
  • • render ability for surface self-cleaning during precipitation
  • • very high flexibility and resistance of the finishing coat
  • • wide selection of colourful renders, various possibilities of the building final appearance

N.B. To prepare the surface Thermomaster Universal Primer is required.

Thermomaster Façade Paint

An acrylic resin-based, high-adhesion and topcoat, good vapour-permeable, water-repellent facade paint, which is resistant to flue gas, UV radiation and other atmospheric effects.

Application: Sufficiently solid, surface-shaped, rough or smooth, with improved facade surfaces (minimum one month of cement and cement plaster, at least two months of uncoated concrete facade surfaces), as well as of old, well-adhesive acrylic, silicate and silicone paint coatings, as a decorative topcoat for restoration of plaster, above base plane, on waterproofed vertical surfaces indoors and outdoors. It can also be used for maintenance painting of façade surfaces infected with algae or mould after pre-disinfection. The base renders can be coloured in 150 colours of the Thermomaster colour card, but the applicability of the given shade in facade thermal insulation systems on the colour card. | Surface Preparation: Thermomaster Universal Foundation or Thermomaster A 1: 1 Mixture of Facial Paint and Clear Water, Material Consumption – 100 g / m Coverage: in two layers, 300-700 ml / m 2 (depending on the absorbency and roughness of the surface) | Application temperature: Base surface and ambient temperature (+) 5 and (+) at 35 ° C, relative humidity of air up to 80%. Do not expose the surface to strong, direct sunlight, drafts, or moisture. | Drying time: 24 hours (+20 ° C, relative humidity: 65%) | Application: The first layer can be applied with a soft-roller (Teddy type), textile dye roller or paint brush after drying of the primed surface (after 6 to12 hours). After complete drying of the first layer (+ 20⁰C, 65% rel. Humidity after 6 hours), the second layer can be applied from one end of the surface to the other without interruption. | Shelf life: With unopened packaging for 18 months from the date of manufacture, provided that the storage conditions are met (in properly sealed packaging, in a dry, cool, sunny and frost-free place, (+) 5 and (+) at 25 ° C, out of the reach of children) | Bucket size: 5 ltr / bucket or 16 ltr / bucket.

PRIMER & BASECOATS

Thermomaster Universal Primer

Application: Thermomaster primer is used as a priming substrate for acrylic and silicone thin screeds on the facade to prepare the substrate for even absorbency and good adhesion | Apply primer: Properly solid, dry, flat; from cracks, dust and other contaminants (i.e. efflorescent and separators, etc) as well as loose, free-standing substrates, with a roller or brush in one layer | Coverage: 1.2 – 2 ltrs /m | Dilution: max. 5% water dilution if necessary. | Application conditions: Base surface and ambient temperature (+) 5 and (+) 35 ° C, relative humidity of air up to 80%. Do not expose the primed surface to strong, direct sunlight, drafts, or moisture. | Drying time:  6-12 hours (at 20 ° C, 65% humidity) | Shelf-life: with unopened packaging for 12 months from the date of manufacture, in the case of storage conditions (in properly sealed packaging, in a dry, cool, sunny and frost-free place, (+) 5 and (+) at 25 ° C, keep out of reach of children) | Packaging: 5kg or 18kg bucket
